By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.    Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above, except employees of Global Horizon Skills or Health & Safety Ireland, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the competition.

2.    Entry Requirements: To enter the competition, participants must obtain a Global Horizon Skills tote bag and submit a photograph containing the bag. Bags will be available on a first come, first served basis only while supplies last.

3.    Submission Rights: By entering the competition, you grant Global Horizon Skills a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your entry in any media, solely for the purposes of promoting the competition or future competitions.

4.    Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Global Horizon Skills. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.    Prize: The prize for this competition is £150 Amazon voucher. No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable. One prize per calendar month while competition entries are judged.

6.    Data Protection: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying winners. By entering the competition, you agree to the collection, use, and retention of your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the company's privacy policy for marketing purposes.

7.    Publicity: Winners may be required to participate in publicity activities related to the competition, including the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes. By entering the competition, you agree to participate in such activities without any additional compensation.

8.    Liability: Global Horizon Skills and its affiliates, agents, and representatives shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by participants or winners as a result of participating in the competition or accepting the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.    Changes and Cancellation: Global Horizon Skills reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel the competition and its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, for any reason beyond its control.
