Free training with Causeway Coast & Glens Council’s Labour Market Partnership

In March we are delighted to be partnering with the Causeway Coast & Glens Council’s Labour Market Partnership, allowing us to provide funded training to boost your individual skills and qualifications.

Do you need to gain a mathematics qualification quickly and flexibly? By successfully completing our Essential Skills Numeracy course, you will have attained the equivalent of a GCSE grade C in Mathematics. 

 

Are you interested working in Domiciliary Care? 

We offer a bundle of training courses perfect to top-up your important caring skills and maximize the work you can do to apply for a new job in Domiciliary Care or your current work setting. These include: 

·         Emergency First Aid at Work

·         Manual Handling

·         Risk Assessment

·         Level 2 Food Safety

·         Safeguarding

·         Administration of Medication

·         Infection Control

 

Health & Safety is of vital importance across all workplaces and it is vital that staff skills are kept up-to-date. As part of the Causeway Coast and Glens Labour Market Partnership funding, the following courses can help you secure a job or advance your career:

·         CSR

·         Emergency First Aid at Work

·         Asbestos Awareness

·         Manual Handling

·         Work at Height

·         COSHH

·         Risk Assessment

 

If you are involved in the Hospitality and Tourism sector or would like to pursue a career in that industry, we can now offer free training, courses include:

·         Introduction to Hospitality/Food Industry

·         Barista Skills

·         Health and Safety in the Workplace

·         Food Safety

·         Emergency First Aid at Work

 

And of course, all businesses and sectors need to keep up to date with their Emergency First Aid at Work requirements – also now available in this funded partnership.
