Did you know, the Association for Project Safety (APS) is a professional body based in the United Kingdom that focuses on promoting and improving the practice of design and construction health and safety risk management?

Global are delighted to be one of the Northern Ireland providers of APS courses, helping companies and professionals in the construction and built environment sectors to minimise risk on their projects.

While APS primarily emphasises health and safety, risk management is an integral part of their approach, as effective risk management is essential for ensuring the safety and success of construction projects.

APS qualifications provide a platform for professionals involved in the built environment, including architects, designers, engineers, and project managers, to become members. Upon completion of a course and successful passing of the required APS membership criteria, candidates may apply for full membership of the Association.

Members of APS are committed to high standards of professionalism and are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that includes considerations for risk management and safety. APS also works to ensure that its members stay informed about and comply with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.

Global's range of APS Training courses cover various aspects of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and ongoing management throughout the project lifecycle.
